What’s new in the latest FLEX App version?
FLEX v1.9 is available now; it includes a tonne of great features and we can’t wait to see you all setting Targets and training with your friends in Buddy Mode.

SET VELOCITY TARGETS

 

Everyone loves a goal – that’s why with FLEX you can now set a Target on every lift.

• Set Mean and Peak velocity targets in Training

• Include Targets in pre-recorded Workouts to follow in later sessions

To enable a Target, tap the target dial icon on the Train screen and follow the prompts.

BUDDY / COMMUNITY

 

Train with FLEX users who are not yet friends (friend connection still required to save own session data)

Updates to Community include Live Mode and a quick link bar added to the top of community.

TRAINING

3 new ways to choose your exercise – Filter by ALL, MOST USED or RECENT.

  • Exercise library now over 50 exercises
  • Velocity Personal Records for different weights and exercises
  • Zero Bar weight reminder prompt if no weight recorded after a set.

1RM PROTOCOL
